REMOVAL AND BREAKAGE
If you need to remove your permanent piece for any reason, you can do so with scissors or wire cutters. We can assist with removal if you visit us in store. We will happily re-weld broken or cut pieces free of charge, providing there is minimal damage to the chain. You must still have the chain, we are not responsible for lost chains.
