Full Time E-commerce Administrative Assistant

Location: Head Office - Streetsville Mississauga

Availability: Full-time

Job Description

  • Create and update Shopify product listings and collection pages while adhering to brand language guidelines
  • Archive sold out listings 
  • Regularly collaborate with creative department to drive online store success 
  • Communicate closely with buying team to maintain stock levels and restocks
  • Provide customer support via phone + email
  • Attend and participate in weekly e-commerce meetings
  • Coordinate and organize weekly crystal launches, and process new products daily
  • Manage Inventory (organize incoming inventory, perform cycle counts, input new stock, and manage location transfers)
  • Coordinate online exchanges and returns
  • Assist with office tasks such as filing, organizing, and tidying

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and effective verbal and written communication skills 
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Google Suite, Word, Outlook), and Apple Macbook OS. 
  • Ability to multi-task and set priorities under time constraints
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment 
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to oversee product launch dates and important sales
  • 1-2 Years of Shopify or administrative experienceis a plus
  • Must be hard working, and dedicated
