E-Commerce Administrative Assistant
Full Time E-commerce Administrative Assistant
Location: Head Office - Streetsville Mississauga
Availability: Full-time
Job Description
- Create and update Shopify product listings and collection pages while adhering to brand language guidelines
- Archive sold out listings
- Regularly collaborate with creative department to drive online store success
- Communicate closely with buying team to maintain stock levels and restocks
- Provide customer support via phone + email
- Attend and participate in weekly e-commerce meetings
- Coordinate and organize weekly crystal launches, and process new products daily
- Manage Inventory (organize incoming inventory, perform cycle counts, input new stock, and manage location transfers)
- Coordinate online exchanges and returns
- Assist with office tasks such as filing, organizing, and tidying
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Google Suite, Word, Outlook), and Apple Macbook OS.
- Ability to multi-task and set priorities under time constraints
- Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to oversee product launch dates and important sales

1-2 Years of Shopify or administrative experienceis a plus
- Must be hard working, and dedicated
